Terms of Service
The short version: Sentrywork extends your safety team's reach. It does not replace it.
1. The service
Sentrywork Technologies Ltd provides software that analyses customer-owned camera feeds to detect potential safety violations and deliver alerts, clips, and reports ("the Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on the pricing page or in your order form.
2. Safety disclaimer (read this one)
Sentrywork assists safety monitoring. It does not replace a site's own safety officer, safety program, or regulatory inspections, and it does not guarantee that every hazard or violation will be detected.
Detection accuracy depends on camera placement, image quality, lighting, weather, and site conditions. The customer remains solely responsible for site safety, for compliance with occupational safety law, and for acting on alerts.
3. Your responsibilities
- Operate your cameras lawfully, including any worker notification and signage required in your jurisdiction.
- Keep account credentials secure and alert routing up to date.
- Use the Service only for workplace safety monitoring, not for surveillance of individuals, performance monitoring, or any unlawful purpose.
4. Footage and data
Your footage remains yours. We process it to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Alert clips are retained under your retention settings and deleted when they expire.
5. Availability
We target continuous operation but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. The Service does not fail safe your site: if the Service is unavailable, your own safety procedures must not depend on it.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrywork's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the order form. On termination we delete stored clips and records within [X] days, except where law requires retention.
8. Governing law
